Mickey Rourke’s plastic surgery is probably one of the most awful there is, not so much because he looks hideous, but because he used to look handsome, the bad-boy type a lot of women go for, and now he looks totally the opposite. Everything from his stretched out facial skin to his weirdly plump lips suggest that he had been a victim of an awful plastic surgery.

Mickey Rourke used to look really good before his series of plastic surgeries, but like other celebrities who get addicted to having procedures done to their face and body, Mickey Rourke hadn’t seen what’s coming to him, and now one can only wonder what he would’ve looked like had he not undergone plastic surgery.

Nonetheless, Mickey Rourke stays as good as an actor as when he was 10 years ago, and his Academy Award nomination for The Wrestler is the proof. Although a lot of people still can’t get over Mickey Rourke’s awful plastic surgery that resulted to his current weird look, many still love him for his talent.
