She’s alwasy been beautiful, even when her nose was still a little too wide. After her rhinoplasty, her nose looked narrower, but her facial features weren’t altered and her charms remained.

One of the most beautiful actresses, and one of those who have the sexiest accents, Salma Hayek also had some rhinoplasty done. But like Sharon Stone, her exotic beauty wasn’t that affected. It was actually improved and she looked even better.

Marily Monroe

Who else would be the best example of a good celebrity plastic surgery than one of the most important icons of Hollywood. Marilyn Monroe has a few procedures done including rhinoplasty. There’s no need to explain what her plastic surgery has done to her career.
